Meet Dr. Sarina Shafiyan-Rad, DMD
A dentist since 2022, Dr. Sarina Shafiyan-Rad joined us in 2024. A graduate of Tufts School of Dental Medicine, she received a scholarship for academic achievement and Dean’s List accolades. She was also chosen to participate in the university’s Postgraduate Periodontology Selective program. In addition, Dr. Shafiyan-Rad holds a Bachelor of Science Honors Degree from the University of Connecticut.
Dr. Shafiyan-Rad appreciates the opportunity to work with her fellow team members. “All of our providers and staff have the same goal in mind: making sure patients leave our office happy and well-informed. The excellence of our varied specialists allows for the best patient-centered care.”
She enjoys taking the time to educate and inform her patients about their oral health and what could be done to continue furthering and improving it. “The world of healthcare continues to develop,” she says, “and the practice upholds the goals of bringing the best technology to advance our patients’ care.”

Fun Fact: Dr. Shafiyan-Rad commutes to work by foot. “A refreshing walk in the morning helps clear my head and gets me ready for the day…and the walk home in the evenings helps me wind down after a rewarding day,” she says. When she’s not working, she enjoys hanging out with friends — including her Havapoo pup Kyra.
